It reminds me of two things: firstly, happy times spent on vacation in Massachusetts in the 70s-90s, which included staying once with a friend from university, who lived at that time in Chestnut Hill; and, secondly, I need to rectify my complete neglect of movement in my spiritual practice! 🙇🏼♂️
